Important Terms & Conditions
Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing & Quotes:
Published prices obtained from Simplisign are subject to change without notice. All published prices and written quotations will be honored for 30 days after the date of the original quotation.
All orders must be prepaid prior to commencement of work. Payment may be company check, money order, paypal, or by credit card. There will be a $30.00 fee for returned checks in addition to the original amount due.
Payment By Credit Card:
Client paying by credit card agrees to be bound by the Simplisign Terms, Conditions and Specifications. Card holder and Client specifically agree to pay all costs incurred if their order is prematurely cancelled. Client agrees to supply a copy of the front and back of their credit card if requested for signature comparison. The order amount will be charged to the credit card at the time the order is submitted.
Since most of our products are non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is purchased or shipped, except upon terms that will compensate Simplisign at our regular hourly rates. There is a minimum $75 cancellation fee.
Shipping & Handling:
All shipping charges are in addition to the selling price of the job. Shipments are insured upon request. Simplisign does not refund, cancel or credit if the service failure is caused, in whole or in part, by: Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Client hereby affirms ownership and/or publishing rights to all artwork, photos and other materials submitted for printing/design and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Simplisign and its affiliates and employees from any and all loss, cost, expense and damage on account of any and all manner of claims demands, actions an/or proceedings that may be levied against Simplisign on the grounds that said printing violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person, or that it contains any matter that is libelous or scandalous, or invades any person’ s right to privacy or other personal right. The Client agrees to, at the Client’ s own expense, promptly defend and continue the defense of such claim, demand, action or proceeding, that may be brought against Simplisign provided that Simplisign shall promptly notify the Client with respect thereto. Simplisign does not censor or refuse any material, but neither does it review material to make sure it is in compliance with the law. Simplisign accepts no liability for materials that are subject to copyright or trademark protections or that are otherwise in violation of the law. Simplisign will not be held accountable for possession of illegal materials or illegal use of materials in connection with Simplisign. Violation of these terms of service will indemnify Simplisign against any legal action.
Simplisign grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the designs/templates and digital products sold through our website.
- Limited Usage Granted
You may use each individual product on a single media only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same design/template once more in order to make another project with the same design.
- Imagery, Clipart, and Fonts
All imagery, clipart and fonts used in our templates are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images, clipart and fonts only as a part of the project we work with you on. You can use imagery, clipart and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is prohibited.
Only our designers are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.
- Unauthorized Use
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
- License Transfer
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from our company.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All designs/templates and proprietary material/products are property of Simplisign. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
- Information Disclosure
You may not disclose any order information which includes but is not limited to Order ID, download link, etc.
We do not guarantee exact color matching. Due to the differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job is expected. A 3% color shift is considered the acceptable industry standard.
Color digital and online proof is available at no charge and is sent by email in an online format. These are not accurate color proofs but will give a close proximity of how the design will look. We are not responsible for the Clients ability to accurately view this proof. Color will vary from this proof to the printed piece. Simplisign cannot, and does not, check any submission for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. The design will be printed as it appears during the approval step. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all materials submitted for printing/design are formatted correctly
We will not accept under any condition verbal approval of a proof. All approval must be faxed, emailed, or submitted via online forms.
Simplisign reserves the right to contact you via phone, e-mail, or post mail regarding current and/or future orders placed with Simplisign. Any customer may opt out of receiving future contact from Simplisign at any time, by unsubscribing from our email correspondence.
We will never provide your credit card or other payment details to any third party, including our corporate partners.

This proprietary material is protected in all forms, media and technologies currently utilized or hereinafter developed. Re-use of any of Simplisign’s proprietary material for any purpose is strictly prohibited.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
